Op basis van gescande dia's ( schaal 1/6000, scanresolutie 30 micron) wordt op halfautomatische wijze een puntennet opgebouwd. Op het fotogrammetrisch toestel wordt het punteninterval ingesteld op 50 m. De exacte z-waarde wordt door de operator in stereoscopie bepaald.
